1. Our commitment

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Conformance is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time claim, and we will continue testing and improving the experience as content and technology change.

If a page or document creates a barrier, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and meaningful link text.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, tabs, accordions and visible focus states.
  • A skip link and logical reading and focus order.
  • Colour contrast designed to meet Level AA thresholds.
  • Responsive layouts supporting zoom and small screens.
  • Reduced-motion behaviour when a device requests it.
  • No essential information communicated by colour or animation alone.
  • Automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard review before release.

3. Compatibility

The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers or heavily modified environments may provide a less complete experience. The site does not require JavaScript to read core content; JavaScript enhances navigation and interactive presentation.

4. Known limitations

We are not currently aware of a material accessibility barrier in the core website. Automated tools cannot detect every issue, and the absence of a reported limitation is not a guarantee of perfect conformance. Third-party websites linked from RADRAS are outside our control.

We review feedback, major design changes and newly published content for accessibility impact.

5. Feedback and requests

Please tell us the page, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help. We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five business days.
