1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, confidentiality agreement or other signed client contract.

2. Informational content—not professional advice

Website content is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, audit, accounting or investment advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your facts and jurisdiction.

RADRAS provides implementation, assessment and readiness support. RADRAS is not an accredited certification body and does not issue or guarantee certifications, audit opinions, regulator approvals or specific business outcomes. Sending an email or viewing this site does not create a client, fiduciary or professional relationship.

3. Acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems;
  • introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic or evade security controls;
  • misrepresent affiliation with RADRAS or use content in a misleading way;
  • infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights; or
  • use the site in violation of applicable law.

Good-faith security research must follow our Security Disclosure Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The RADRAS name, visual identity, website design, original text, methods and other site materials are owned by RADRAS or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may make a reasonable copy for internal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, modify or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.

References to third-party standards, frameworks and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, accreditation or endorsement.

5. Availability, links and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for accurate and current content but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. External links are provided for convenience; RADRAS does not control third-party sites.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RADRAS disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising solely from use of this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update the site or these terms. The version in effect when you use the site applies. Client agreements specify their own governing law and dispute terms; otherwise, these website terms are governed by applicable law.
